Filipino Ballroom Enthusiasts

Civic minded Kabayans offer Basic Ballroom Dancing to fellow parents/OFWs who would like to shed off their fats and at the same time enjoy giving and sharing whatever small amount they could generate from this activity to PSD, Bantay Bata 163 and to the needy OFWs here in Qatar. Expect to learn Line Dancing, Cha-Cha, Swing, Tango, Boogie, Reggae and extra dances like Waltz and La Cumbia.


Holy Month of Ramadan Observed

Philippine School Doha joins the whole nation in the observance of Ramadan commencing next week.
Classes will begin at 7:00 A.M. and officially end at 1:00 P.M.

PSDians from the Grades 4 till Third year high school can now start the school year as Philippine School Doha welcomes them to the school year 2009-2010 on July 12, Sunday.


Administrators to hold general assembly with parents, staff

In response to the enigmatic status of PSD's opening of classes, PSD administrators will meet the parents and staff tomorrow, June 19 at 4:00 P.M. in the campus.

All parents are encouraged to attend the said meeting that will clarify all issues concerning the delay in the opening of classess for this school year.


News Flash!

Through the advice of the Philippine Embassy, the Philippine School Doha's opening of classes is tentatively reset on June 21, 2009. The administration is currently working on some technical requisites to start the classes officially. All students and parents are encouraged to log on to the PSD official website or contact school personnel for more details.
